The best time to visit the Maldives is between November and April – at this time of year you can expect dry, sunny days and plenty of blue skies.
May to October is considered the rainy season, with the islands seeing between 5 and 10 inches of precipitation monthly and often strong winds.
June is the south-west monsoon season, with choppy seas, hot, humid and windy weather
October is the Maldives’ wettest month, with high humidity and with possible whole days of rain.
